What’s included?

Your membership includes full access to all recovery amenities: cold plunges, infrared saunas, compression boots, and more. Everything is self-serve and ready when you are.

Session lengths?

You can stay as long as you'd like during open hours. Most members spend 30–60 minutes depending on their recovery needs.

Frequency of use?

Use it as often as you want! There are no limits on how many times you can visit each week.

Booking needed?

No booking required. Just show up, scan in, and recover on your own time.

Access hours?

Monday-Friday 6am-7pm
Saturday 7am-11am

training with a trainer required?

Nope. You don’t need a gym membership or trainer — the recovery lounge is open to everyone.

Pause membership?

Yes, you can pause your membership anytime. Just give us a heads-up and we’ll take care of the rest.

What to wear/bring?

Bring a water bottle and wear something comfortable. Swimwear is recommended for the cold plunge and sauna. We also provide towels, so you’re covered — just show up and recover.
